Yes, the Solo plan is free forever. It lets you manage up to 3 active projects and 1 client, with 5 Kody messages per day. Ideal for managing high-stakes personal projects: renovation, side-business, events.
Is the AI cost included in the price?
Yes, Kody usage (powered by cutting-edge AI) is included in your plan. Solo offers 5 messages/day, Pro offers 50 messages/day.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Pro unlocks collaboration (messages, steering reports, magic links, client and vendor portals), more projects and clients, Kody Memory, and the MCP API. It's the ideal plan as soon as you work with clients.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. The monthly Pro plan has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan offers a 20% discount (€7.90/month instead of €9.90).
Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?
Absolutely. Your data is hosted on Railway EU West (Amsterdam), in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. 2FA authentication is available. No data is shared with third parties. KODA PM is GDPR compliant.
