KODA PM was born from the frustration of a project manager juggling 5 clients, 15 projects and dozens of Excel spreadsheets. We decided to build the tool we wished we had.

Our story

When you manage 5 clients simultaneously, every Monday morning looks the same: open 12 Excel files, update dashboards, prepare steering reports, follow up on overdue actions. Two hours of work before you even start managing.

KODA PM was born from this reality. A project manager, tired of spending more time feeding tools than supporting clients, decided to build the platform he wished he had from day one.

Today, KODA PM centralizes multi-client management, automates reporting and integrates Kody, a domain-specific AI assistant that knows your projects and acts directly in your workspace.
